Get Advice Whatever Your Situation...
If you are having problems at home, do you really have to leave? Sometimes that might be your only option but, if you think that some support could help to improve your relationship with your parents or carers, contact us.
Help is available so that if you are finding it really tough to get along with everyone at home (whether it’s your parents, siblings, a step-parent or someone else) we can help you to have an open and honest discussion with them to try and find a solution.
We can provide unofficial mediation and support to both you and your family so that you can try and build a more positive relationship, and stay at home.
However, if you are under 18 and you are at risk of violence, abuse or harm if you stay where you are living, you should contact us as soon as you can and we can help you. If you are in immediate danger of harm you should dial 999.
If you are at school or college, you can speak to a teacher or a trusted adult who can help you and who can speak up for you on your behalf. Alternatively you can contact us directly.
We can help you via social media like Facebook messenger, text or phone. Don’t feel worried about contacting us - we deal with all sorts of questions and enquiries and we won’t judge you. We know how scary it can be if you feel like you might have to leave home, so chat with us and we can help talk it through.
